Abstract :
The insulating fluid with low boiling point CFC11 was selected as the working fluid and a double-cycle electrohydrodynamics (EHD) experimental model was designed and made. The experiment on condensation heat transfer inside this model was conducted under electrostatic field. The experimental results showed that the electrostatic field can enhance the condensation heat transfer of the dielectric fluid inside the model greatly, and the condensation heat transfer coefficient increased remarkably. This EHD effect enhanced condensation heat transfer technology and shows much reference value for refrigeration and heat transfer engineering.
