Abstract
In this paper, microstrip array antenna combining a Push-Push oscillator and a PSK modulator with simple structure is proposed. The characteristics of the each components are simulated and its results are investigated. The excellent results are obtained. Consequently, it is clear to achieve the high by excellent performance and low cost array antenna with simple structure at the K-band by integrating the oscillator and the RF modulator.
