Abstract :
In this paper, a new model for optimizing the allocation of human resources with the constraint of predefined sequence is presented, which is under the restrictions of human resources and faces the different capabilities of men on different items. The Genetic Algorithm is employed to find the optimal solution that holds the shortest total time span of maintenance and we find that it is much good at solving such kinds of complex problem. The designs of algorithm and the calculating steps are all detailed in this paper, and an example is also demonstrated to show the process of optimizing.
