Abstract :
The turbo-generator unit is very important equipments for electric power production, which has a high rate of fault and causes a lot of harm because of the structural complexity and the special circumstance. With the increasing of the capacity of the unit, the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis plays an important role to ensure safe operation and guarantee the efficiency. Therefore, the real-time monitoring to turbo-generator unit, and diagnosing accurately of the abnormal condition, or eliminating it, have the vital significance to the safe operation. The rapid development of computer, network communication and other related technologies makes the remote monitoring and diagnosis become possible. The remote condition monitoring system for turbo-generator unit based on embedded platform is designed in this paper. The system software uses three-layer B/S structure which includes network communications, database management, real-time monitoring, state analysis, system management and other functional modules. The successfully development and research of the system provide a good technical scheme for on-line monitoring application of large-scale generator units, which is very helpful to identify the status of units for the manager, remote experts and operators. It will enhance production efficiency and the economic efficiency of the generation enterprise.
