Abstract :
The vast majority of CRM implementation is failure to achieve desired results due to lack of successful CRM measurement indicators for it. Hence, a CRM measurement indicator system and a brief corresponding follow-up data-mining model were proposed and presented to guide the development and implementation of CRM tactics in logistics enterprises, especially for large-scale ones. Some principles of using the indicator system into the data-mining model were also discussed briefly. Finally, a quantitative analysis example illustrated that the effectiveness of the indicator system and the data-mining model in the actual logistics enterprise.
