Abstract :
This paper deals with stability and stabilization conditions for continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy systems. Firstly, some of previous important stabilization conditions are summarized by a theorem in terms of the common Lyapunov functions and PDC control laws. Secondly, the fuzzy Lyapunov functions and non-PDC control laws are further employed to discuss stability and stabilization conditions and then less conservative conditions are produced via linear matrix inequalities. Finally, examples illustrate the effectiveness and merits of the proposed methods.
