Abstract :
Logistics service quality of chain convenience requests small batch quality, multi-batch, high frequency, high-efficiency and low cost. Under this request building logistics service quality system. Using three-dimensional objectives system of logistics quality to define the method of logistics service quality position. Choosing logistics service quality factor, elaborating process factor in accordance with the requirements of ISO9000. Identifying the key elements of logistics service quality control by logistics ABC. Not only pointing out the problem of logistics service quality, but also giving the solution to increase the overall level of logistics services.
