Abstract :
New design of distributed amplifier is considered, consisting of co-planar transmission line and open-circuited FEAs. This structure has very low ´cold´ losses (1-2 order less than in FEA) and allows developing wide-band distributed amplifier having gain 10 dB up to frequency 40 GHz.
