  • Abstract
In this paper, a screening method called Sequential Bifurcation were introduced and applied. This method plays a very important role in an experiment. This technique is both effective and efficient once the assumption of SB is satisfied; that is, it can find the most important factors in simulation experiment, but it needs relatively few simulation runs. Finding the most important factor can simplify the process of simulation experiment. After using this method in the simulation models of a simple supply chain, it proves that Sequential Bifurcation can correctly and efficiently identify the most important factors in this supply chain.
