Abstract :
To evaluate the risk is the important link for supply chain management. Here, the evaluation model of supply chain risk has been founded by using principle component analysis, based on identifying the risk factors. Using this model, the impact of each special risk factor to total risk would be measured, by which to evade the risk for the core enterprise.
