Abstract :
A methodology to design fuzzy logic controllers is presented in this paper. It is based on the authors experience in the development of intelligent control applications, mainly in the cement production area. Structural decisions and parameters are first assumed and tuning parameters are on-line tuned. The global procedure is iterative and some refinements based on the obtained practical results are required
