Abstract
An Optimization model for logistics network design in hybrid manufacturing system was presented, which suited for the disassembled products. Recycling products would be disassembled into parts and the key parts would be reused for remanufacturing. Various facilities´ sites, numbers and the logistics quantities could be calculated in the model. The characteristics of model are as follows: suitable for the single-product, single-period, facility with limited capability, disassembled products and suppliers were included, combined the transportation of forward logistics and reverse logistics, and optimized the forward logistics and reverse logistics at the same time. Finally, a numerical example was presented to demonstrate the validity of the model by using lingo11.0.
