  • Abstract
Hong Kong and Shenzhen, the two world-class ports, are widely considered as two drive engines in the Pearl River Delta of China, which push forward the economic development of the region as well. However, the two ports are presently faced with fierce competition from each other due to being located in a same region. A new game playing model based on AHP is put forward in this paper to solve port co-opetition Between Hong Kong and Shenzhen. By setting up an index system about port co-opetition ability of Hong Kong and Shenzhen, a game playing result, which can maximize the benefits of both parties, is obtained after analyzing strategic game playing process.
