Abstract :
Terahertz (THz) radiations, which is the transition radiation generated when a laser-accelerated electron bunch is passing through the plasma-vacuum boundary, is investigated at different conditions for laser-induced plasma. High energy electrons are generated by irradiating an intense laser pulse of 30 fs and 300 mJ on a He gas target. We discussed the relationship between the THz signals, X-ray signals, and electron charges.
