Research of supermarket store logistics and solutions

The tally and cash register influence the operation efficiency of supermarket store logistics directly, in accordance with the route of proposing questions, designing programs and resolving the questions. Through applying the combination method of the subject and the objective, this paper resolved the low efficiency problem, 2/3 idle work in the tally logistics through designing the shelves, lay outing the channels and adjusting the working and so on. Applying the combination of the macro and micro-methods, it realized the separation of cash register and packing under the space layout. And applying the queuing theory controls the cash register system indices and selects queuing way reasonably. Finally, through the comparison of the domestic and foreign supermarket store logistics, this paper extracts the methods of foreign logistics which we should learn and development propose the prospects of domestic store logistics.
