Abstract :
Rapid urban expansion in the surrounding area is a major reason of ecological environment deterioration. This research adopted SLEUTH model and imported the result of ecological environment analysis as the excluded layer by building multi-factor comprehensive decision model, therefore, realized a loose couple of urban growth model and ecological environment analysis. The result indicates that this methodology is able to simulate urban expansion on the condition of effective ecological environment protection, thus proposes a relatively new idea and foundation to evaluate the existing land use situation and assist future land use planning.
