Abstract :
With the fast development of modern society, intelligent terminals, such as smart phones, are going to be a part of our life. How to support these terminals with excellent network service is a serious problem and needs to be solved quickly. In all the solutions, mobile integration network which integrates fixed network and mobile network and can make full use of these two networks is a hot topic. In this paper, we introduced mobile integration network firstly, and then proposed an offloading algorithm based on channel quality to solve the offloading problem. Besides, a simulation experiment was also performed and comparison was made between the proposed algorithm and no offloading situations, including traffics transmitting only through LTE and only through WiFi respectively, by comparing different results we found that network with the proposed offloading algorithm had better throughput and less delay, thus validated our proposed offloading algorithm.
