Abstract :
Based on the actual situation in Tianjin, the indicator evaluation system of city gas emergency capability was studied. The indicators which affect the emergency capability were divided into two grades, and then the indicator evaluation system was established. Based on the indicator evaluation system, the gas emergency capability of Tianjin was evaluated with the G1 method. The results show that the indicator evaluation system of city gas emergency capability covers a wide range, which can reflect the real situation, and through verification, the evaluation results which is obtained with the G1 method is in line with the actual situation and reflect the current level of city gas emergency capability.
