Abstract :
Recycling economy, serving as one of the scientific theory and development model, is gradually accepted by countries all over the world as the new model for economy development which emphasizes the harmonious relationships between human and nature. The smooth implementing of recycling economy relies on the participations of consumers, enterprises and governmental authorities, whose ratio of costs sharing is different because of the difference in statue and objective of each participator. Based on Cooperative Game Theory, this paper configures the costs sharing model for recycling economy system and demonstrates the model operation by the case study which quantifies the costs that each participator in the system should undertake. Three styles of compensations are brought forward that includes governmental authority to enterprise, enterprise to consumer, and governmental authority to consumer so as to guarantee a long-lasting and stable development for recycling economy system.
