Abstract

The clothing mass customization is an advanced production and management of clothing mode, which sets garment manufacturers, customers, surface and accessories suppliers, the environment in one, and makes full use of the latest research results of existing technology. Under the mode of mass customization, in order to meet the different customer´s individuality need with quickness, low cost, and high quality, each pitch point enterprise of the supply chain needs close coordinated cooperation, fully displays respective superiority, and sets up an agile supply chain to realize it. This article set up the running model and the optimized method of the clothing agile supply chain under the mass customization.
