Abstract :
To cope with the challenges of traditional quality management system applied in supply chain, which consists of internal practices that are contained within a firm, external practices that cross organizational boundaries integrating a firm with its customers and suppliers, a quality management system for into supply chain based-customer satisfaction, and corresponding functional modules and framework were all put forward. Furthermore, some of key enabling technologies were studied in detail, including collaborative quality design based on collaborative-supported -computer-work (CSCW), dynamic process quality control, quality evaluation oriented to product lifecycle. The prototype system of the quality Management system for supply chain based-customer satisfaction was developed, which was introduced to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the method as an example of some Heavy Machinery Ltd. It provided an effective method with enterprise implementing supply chain management.
