Abstract :
An innovative implementation platform based no structured application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) design method for digital receiver of monopulse tracking radar applications applying linear frequency modulation (LFM) signal is given in this paper. In order to meet the increased requirements of system miniaturization and low power consumption, system functions are thereby partitioned into software and hardware implementation way respectively, and the HW implemented functions verified in field programmable gate array (FPGA) are integrated in a structured ASIC chip. In the verification part, the experimental results prove the validity and practical applicability of the new platform.
