Abstract :
In manufacturing impregnate coils, resin is seen as an expense, not as an integral part to improve the properties of a motor stator, transformer, or other coil-bearing component. We plan to discuss the many methods to process coils with resin and how these methods can, or cannot, save cost or, more importantly, save energy by increasing the efficiency of the units. The importance of saving energy will be a part of this and other papers presented in this session.
