Abstract
An IC controller for synchronous rectifier MOSFETs (SRMOS) is proposed. This SRMOS controller uses voltage sensing to control the SRMOS gate voltage. The SRMOS is reduced from a 3 terminal to a 2 terminal device eliminating the need for an extra transformer winding to drive it. An SRMOS with the IC controller has been operated at 1 MHz
