Abstract :
To ensure full use of resources, so as to complete multiple projects on schedule, the resource load balancing technology was analyzed. Firstly, three evaluation approaches were presented, including TLRSR (total loading ratio for single resource), TLRRS (total loading ratio for resources set) and TLRRSP total loading ratio for resources set during some periods. Then, according to different types of resource load imbalance, some strategies and methods for balancing resources load were put forward. Finally, the case studies proved these approaches and methods were practical and effective.
