The study on organizational maturity of supply chain enterprises oriented towards knowledge management

Abstract :
The competition of the modern enterprises has focused on counterweight of their supply chain. Supply chain theory has not met the need for competitive advantage in the dynamic environment, but knowledge management has become the important means for supply chain enterprises to enhance performance. By analyzing knowledge learning, sharing, transferring, and absorbing of knowledge management, organizational maturity was divided into structure maturity, process maturity, and function maturity. Based on above, evaluation index system was established, which systematically expressed the elements, completely reflected several important aspects of organizational development. Taking 8 samples as subjects, through projection pursuit, empirical analysis of the maturity evaluation is carried out and more attention should be paid to the combination of organizational development and knowledge management process.
