Abstract :
In this paper, I propose an evaluation of the different policy tools implemented in the Building Industry in order to promote waste recycling. We consider that the Building Industry, one of the major waste disposer, is composed of two completely different sectors. As I consider a two-sector based economy, it allows me to put in evidence the most efficient policy tool for each sector.
