Abstract :
An anthropological approach of an immaterial oral heritage and a specific aesthetic construction. To preserve and transmit the cultural heritage of a community, such as the Corsican polyphonic song, constitute an identity marker. Through the approach of this vocal practice in its various representations and significances in the heart of an evolutionary societal environment, this contribution treats some triangular relationships between the man, the voice and the insular society.
