Abstract :
In this paper, a super compact integrated multilayer left-handed transformer matching 17.5 Omega to 50 Omega at 2.4 GHz with over 40 dB is developed. The size of the LH transformer is over 25 times smaller and the operating bandwidth is twice wider than that conventional quarter wave transformer at the same operating frequency.
