Abstract :
Fuzzy control algorithm with self-tuning is presented to control bed temperature of circulating bed boiler based on the analysis of dynamic characteristics of it. The parameters of PID are tuned under three typical loads. The fuzzy modulation is applied to rectify these parameters according to error and change in error between real bed temperature and its set point. The rectification is made on line. Simulation results show that the algorithm has better control characteristics and it is self-tuned.
