Abstract :
Under the condition of information age, there are higher demands for the accuracy and science when we choose the joint fire strike target (JFST), so it´s necessary to make an accurate and quantitative evaluation to the value of JFSTs. The cloudy theory is a mathematical tool to deal with the indeterminacy and ambiguity knowledge and can realize the transformation back and forth between the conception and data. This paper focused on the choosing and ordering of JFSTs under the information-based terms, defined the target value judging roles set firstly, then combining the cloud theory, set up the cloud models of each index and its gravity expression of multi-weighted synthesize cloud. Finally, this paper gave the quantitative evaluation values based on the cloud gravity evaluation method. The results will supply the combat commander with scientific basis to quickly and accurately choose and sort the JFSTs.
