Abstract :
This paper introduces the Virtual Drive Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation System, which can realize human-machine interaction in the human-vehicle-road virtual simulation environment. First, hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology and virtual reality are introduced and analyzed. Then, the VD HILS System´s technical solution and development architecture are presented. In the end, based on LABVIEW, Matlab/Simulink and CARSIM etc software, a hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform with 3D virtual scene simulation is built. This paper implements hardware-in-the-loop simulation tests under various simulation conditions, verifies basic functions of the Simulation System. Through the actual application in some projects, this Simulation System has been tested to be a high-tech and effective means for the development of vehicles´ new products and related performances.
