Abstract :
THz photonics combines optics and ultrafast lasers with electronics to generate subps THz pulses. THz photonics has made possible the powerful technique of THz time domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS). Research demonstrations, opportunities and the technical limits of THz-TDS will be presented and discussed.
