Abstract :
Smaller objects than Abbe-Rayleigh diffraction limit can be imaged in a THz-TDS system by using a broadband multispectral reconstruction algorithm. We have experimentally studied sub-l resolution THz imaging and show multi-frequency analysis efficiently retrieves sub-l diffraction targets.
