Abstract
In this paper, we propose an internet-based online Microelectronics and VLSI Engineering Laboratory integrated with Technology CAD to enhance student learning in micro and nanoelectronics. The aim is to generate highly qualified work force for the semiconductor industry and emerging frontiers spinning off from micro and nanoelectronics.
