Abstract :
Analytic hierarchy process is a decision-making method, in which the factors related to decision-making are divided into target levels criterion level, scheme level and so on, and the qualitative analysis method as well as the quantitative analysis method is combined in the foundation of this division, whose multi- objective appraisal decision-making method is extremely suitable to investment project. This paper introduces the basic theory and method of analytic hierarchy process firstly, and then analyzes and discusses how to use analytic hierarchy process to carry through the project investment decision-making combined examples. Some revelations are obtained, pinning the hope on providing some references to solve the multi-objective attributes decision-making problem.
