Abstract
The previous low utilization of the undergraduate student innovation lab led to a new management mode being adopted by the School of Electronic Science and Engineering of Southeast University. By transferring the administrative work of the innovation lab to undergraduate students themselves, including budgeting and annual planning, they are encouraged to think about what they want and what they can do. The student organization that runs the lab has grown quickly and has been effective at improving the facilities of the lab and engaging more students to use this resource to develop practical skills.
