  • Abstract
Most universities excel in imparting knowledge and technical skills to the students. The companies hiring technology students spend significant cost and time in training new hires in practical problem solving and innovation skills. The paper presents a systematic and effective approach that universities and companies can use for training technologists to grow one´s ideas into innovations. The proposed training framework is based on innovation flow technique and uses a two dimensional framework that enables both effectiveness of teaching and customization of the content for people playing different roles in the organization.
