Abstract :
With adding two printed-strip sleeves to the PTMA, this paper presents a broadband planar triangular sleeve monopole antenna (PTSMA) fabricated on a FR-4 PCB substrate. The HFSS 3-D EM simulator is used for design simulation. Also, the printed PTSMA maintains the onmi-directional radiation patterns in the H-plane and the monopole-like patterns in the E-plane.
