Abstract :
This paper elaborates the birth and development of bilevel programming integrating bibliographies home and abroad. Then analysis several solving algorithms of general bilevel programming, multi-objective bilevel programming and introduce their current applications in transportation, resource allocation, logistics and other aspects briefly. The last part of the paper is the further prospects of its development.
