After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

With information technology and computer technology becoming popular, they are more frequently used in various disciplines. Through research on system dynamics in systems science, this paper thinks that they can definitely be applied to the physical education curriculum reform. Focusing on the issue, this paper also establishes a data model, accomplishes data analysis and sorting by using the advanced computer technology, and obtains some studying achievements.
