Abstract :
Customer satisfaction becomes more and more important in currently competitive marketplace. Managing the customer satisfaction is important for the software vendors especially those who provide product family. This paper suggests using ID3 to manage customer satisfaction in maintenance of software product family. Factors analysis, attributes choosing, and effort estimation with ID3 are also stated in this paper. The result from the case study showed the great benefit of this method.
