            Abstract : 
This paper focuses the study on internet purchase behavior. The research based on TAM theory and model. The Questionnaire is designed to study the on-line purchase intention of the mobile phone. Through data collection and analysis , the author put forward an extend attitude model with Chinese characteristics. Through checking the original model and compared model, it has been found that the proposed model was valid in explaining and predicting consumer behaviors in internet purchase context.
