Abstract :
As the development of economic globalization and the drastic competition of market, enterprise merger and acquisition (M & A) has played a significant role in expanding the scale of the enterprise and enhancing the competitive power. Thus, the issues on corporate culture and corporate culture integration arouse much interest from a lot of scholars, and after taking some qualitative and quantitative studies on corporate culture evaluation, diagnosis, appraising models and culture measuring scale development, they have achieved a lot, but there still needs to have a further study on such key points in M & A enterprise cultural integration as pre-integration cultural risk evaluation. This essay attempts to have a systematic and overall study on pre-integration corporate cultural risk, analyzing the causal forms of corporate cultural risk, and constructing the pre-integration corporate cultural risk index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. After being tested by the case study, the model offers a reference to decision-making for pre-integration.
