Abstract :
After the global financial crisis China´s real estate companies faces the current market environment and macro-control policies, the real estate business is at a turning point in the development. The empirical analysis of evaluation of the real estate enterprise´s efficiency will help the real estate enterprise find its strength and weakness to enhance the efficiency of enterprises to provide countermeasures to effectively respond to domestic and international market environment. To evaluate the efficiency of the real estate enterprise the framework of Bayesian Combinational Evaluation Method is constructed in this paper. Through evaluation of operation efficiency of 57 China´s real estate listed companies it is found the results of Bayesian Combinational Evaluation Method are consistent with other ranking results of each single evaluation method. It indicates that Bayesian Combinational Evaluation Method is a feasible and applicable combinational evaluation method.
