Abstract :
Employing the theory of conflict analysis, the paper establishes the conflict model of EURISA, then analyzes and evaluates stability of the model, find the final stable solution of enterprise, science research and government in EURISA. The paper believes that the credit and initial decision-making have a significant impact on EURISA´s success, and put forward some conclusions and measures at the same time to maintain the stability of EURISA.
