            Abstract : 
In this paper rectangular dielectric resonator antennas (RDRAs) which providing circular polarization (CP) using single probe feeds are studied. A new technique for CP achievement is presented. This technique proposed that by modifying the RDRAs in suitable way, the fundamental mode of conventional rectangular DRA splits into two near-degenerate orthogonal resonant modes and CP is obtained. The proposed antennas are numerically investigated using finite element method (FEM). The investigation indicates that the radiation patterns of all antennas are remaining broadside throughout the bandwidth.
