Abstract :
In this article the essence of the phenomenon of selection of active power an electric circuit reactive elements is described. The main features arising in classical electrodynamics from application expofunctional excitation of an electromagnetic field are shown. The mechanism of the physical processes proceeding at excitation of physical vacuum by expofunctional strange source of a current is described.
