Abstract :
Till date, conventional methods for realization of fractional circuits include using distributed circuit model that composes of passive elements such as resistors, capacitors. Kawaba et al. [1] proposed a method of realization of fractional circuits using operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) and capacitors. This paper proposes a circuit using current feedback amplifiers (CFAs) that provide higher frequency response and do not impose limitation over input voltage as OTA does. PSPICE simulation results are used to verify the characteristics of the proposed circuit with the theoretical results obtained using MATLAB.
