            Abstract : 
The development of a CAD platform and its significance for future research are introduced. The platform is for research of a practical AC speed-adjusting system based on Device Net. Through monitoring the Device Manager which is developed by Rockwell Software, it can obtain the voltage, current etc. of the motor to be controlled, and this provides great convenience for future employment of a fuzzy neural network to estimate the rotor speed of the motor and implement a speed sensorless motor control
